Notes:

Rules & Regulations:

1) The minimum duration of each group course is two weeks.

2) Classes are held Monday through Friday with the exception of some courses. Saturdays are kept free for visits and outings.Italian national holidays are respected.

3) Students are expected to start courses on the fixed dates.

4) Students who join a course after its commencement date or leave a course prior to its completion date, will not be reimbursed for their absent days.

5) The school reserves the right to cancel a course if less than 8 students are registered.

6) The school is not responsible for objects left on its premises.

7) Management at CLIDA reserves the right to alter the times of language and cultural courses.

8) Students under 18 years of age can only attend the school with the written permission of a parent or legal guardian.

9) CLIDA will not be held responsible for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by students in any manner or circumstance on the school premises or outside of it.

10) Students are responsible for any damage they cause to the school premises or school property. CLIDA will not recoup or reimburse them. 

PAYMENT:

a) Applications must reach the secretary/s office 30 days before the beginning of the course together with 15% of the fee plus the enrolment fee.

b) The balance has to be paid before the beginning of the course. Payment may be made by cheque sent directly to the secretary's office or by bank wire transfer or online.

CANCELLATIONS:

Notification of cancellation must be given by registered letter.

a) If the person cancels before the beginning of the course or courses, 15% of the fee, plus the enrollment fee, shall be forfeited.

b) If a person cancels after the beginning of a course or courses chosen, the entire sum shall be forfeited.
